www.applyDISC.com is a website operated by Syrtis (Malta) Limited, a limited liability company doing business as ‘applyDISC.com’ and duly registered at the Malta Company Registry (C46967), VAT Department (MT19404417) and Trade License Unit (License Nr.: 18/292) and acting in compliance with the Data Protection Act (IDPC Notification:10638).
Our Refund Policy lasts 14 calendar days. If 14 consecutive calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • your physical item purchased must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must also be in the original and unopened packaging as received by you.
  • your digital item purchased (including and not limited to online assessments and e-reports) must be unused in full or in part (which can be confirmed by inter alia the possibility to unassign the unique access code generated for this special digital item).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to anyone else than to us.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (including and not limited to damaged products, having signs of wear and tear, having damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned to us more than 14 days after delivery). The value of these partial refunds will be determined by us at our sole discretion and cannot be appealed.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment used upon your purchase of the item returned within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with the respective provider of your method of payment used upon your purchase. In case of a credit card services provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. In case of a bank, please note that banks need some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at [email protected] to announce your need for exchange. Upon approval by us, your item can be sent to Syrtis (Malta) Limited, 2, Antonio Agius Street, Floriana FRN1131, Malta (European Union).

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should contact us at [email protected] to announce your need for returning your product. Upon approval by us, your item can be returned to Syrtis (Malta) Limited, 2, Antonio Agius Street, Floriana FRN1131, Malta (European Union).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over EUR 50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
