Develop the emotional intelligence (EQ) necessary to support a thriving agile culture.

personalised learning experience that teaches participants to read the emotional and interpersonal needs of a situation and respond accordingly.

The Everything DiSC® Agile EQ Profile focuses on:

• Discovering your DiSC® Style
• Understanding your EQ strengths
• Recognizing your EQ potential
• Committing to customised strategies for building agility

By combining the personalised insights of DiSC® with active emotional intelligence development, participants discover an agile approach to workplace interactions and learn to navigate outside their comfort zone, empowering them to meet the demands of any situation.

The Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™ Profile report:

• provides participants with valuable insights that help them explore the concept of emotional intelligence and take an agile approach to workplace interactions

• is a personalised, 26-page profile that helps participants to discover their DiSC® style, learn about the instinctive mindsets that shape their responses and interactions, recognise opportunities to stretch beyond what comes naturally to them, and gain actionable strategies to become more agile in their approach to social and emotional situations.

• can be used on its own, or as part of a classroom facilitation (contact us for individual or group training options hosted by our DiSC® Certified Facilitator).

The Team View Report is a handy visual summary of all styles present within a chosen group.

Each page shows up to 12 individual DiSC diagrams including the respective ‘dot’ and style.

This Report is beneficial for especially group leaders, managers and DiSC facilitators who wish to keep a high-level overview at hand of the group addressed.

The Comparison Report is a tool for constructive dialogue between two individuals having completed their respective DiSC assessments.

The objective of this Report is to help both individuals to better understand the other for building a more effective working relationship.

Both similarities and differences are highlighted among the six most prominent continua (out of nine).

These form the input for a direct conversation between the two individuals, optionally guided by a Facilitator.

The Group Culture Report focuses on the styles and culture as developed on group (or team) level. For this reason, this Report does not include the names of the individuals.

After a brief introduction of DiSC® and Group Culture, the DiSC Culture of the group is explored.

In the specific context of the particular group assessed, the D, i, S and C culture are described as well as the qualities that are encouraged and frowned upon, the advantages and drawbacks of each culture, and what it is like for the different DiSC styles to work in these cultures.

The Agile EQ™ Supplement for Facilitators is an extra insight in the responses provided by the participant.

This is particularly helpful when the resulting ‘dot’ is placed closer to the center of the DiSC diagram or when a participant expresses doubts about the outcome of the assessment.

Efficiently presented on one page, the Supplement displays the responses as an umbrella graph within the DiSC diagram. It further lists non-typical responses in relation to the participant’s DiSC style and presents all data according to the eight DiSC subscales in an easy-to-compare vertical bar graph.

This valuable set of additional data allows for additional dialogue with the participant for refining the conclusions taken from the DiSC assessment.

The Facilitator Report is specifically designed for equipping Facilitators with data about the diversity of interpersonal styles in the groups they work with.

A variety of information is given to best suit the purpose of the Facilitator’s intervention, style and strategy.

Besides exploring the DiSC culture of the group, the Report presents group maps and breaks down the percentage of group members per style.

It also describes the D, i, S and C culture and provides issues to consider to work in each culture.

Data summaries are provided for any group size, whilst for smaller groups (up to 16 members) Quick Reference Charts are included.
